Services
Each of our packages is completely customizable to fit your individual needs. We also include our specially curated Recommended Vendor List in all packages. The vendors on our list are tried and trusted and we confidently recommend them to help make your special day perfect. Our partial planning package is for the bride that doesn't quite need full planning, but needs more than day of coordination.
What is an elopement? It's where a couple decides to go with a more intimate celebration of their marriage with a much smaller guest count, and sometimes only the couple!. We love elopements! Our elopement package takes care of everything, from booking your vendors to your dinner reservations after the ceremony.

Belle did such an excellent job coordinating our wedding! We had a year postponement and several last minute planning curveballs,
and she handled everything quickly, adeptly, and professionally. Our guests all had an amazing time, and everything went smoothly with all of our vendors. I would highly recommend working with Belle to help plan and coordinate your wedding— I don’t know how we could have done it without her!

I hired Wedding Belles to help me with my rehearsal dinner and the morning of my wedding. Belle was very helpful and communicative throughout. She even stepped in when my catering company took a few missteps! Cate was my coordinator for the rehearsal dinner and she was incredible!! She had everything set up when I arrived, had already met my parents and was so proactive. She ran the bbq buffet, got people drink refills, and even got my painfully shy step-daughter to talk to her a bit. Cate was amazing and I highly recommend her and Belle.

Belle is personable, efficient, an incredibly hard worker, and will be sure your event is worthy of it's own fairy tale. I have seen multiple events, and she does a wonderful job. We had the absolute joy of working with Belle for the first time this fall, and y'all- she is fantastic. As wedding photographers, we've worked with and experienced all kind of planners/coordinators, and Belle stands out as one of our favorites. My partner and I were so fortunate that Belle was our day-of-coordinator. We live several hours away from the Asheville area, where we held our wedding, so we weren't able to meet her in person until the day before the wedding. She was so flexible, talking with us several times over video chat (even on her birthday!) to get to know us and our wedding plans.
