We were extremely impressed with the way every worker that was on the job site showed respect for property and family. No foul language was ever used and clean-up was attended to on a daily basis. Lou, a Hamden, CT native and graduate of Quinnipiac College with a B.S. in Accounting has had a passion for remodeling work most of his life. Beginning early he watched and participated with his father build custom cabinetry, perform electrical and plumbing repairs, build sheds, decks and most home renovations around the house.

Nothing worse then someone committing to a job, saying they will get it done quickly for you and then never being able to actually give a date to do the job and then when you keep following up with them to finally get a date...they pull a no show, no call, and no further contact. I ultimately found someone else who did a perfect job and charged less.

Under Construction Contractors, LLC built a detached garage for our home, and we were extremely pleased with the outcome.
