I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a passion for helping people live well! I work with adults to help them reduce their symptoms of stress and learn how to "lighten the load". Together, we discuss ways to cope, how to set boundaries, and when to say no. I also work with teens (ages 15 +) and adults who experience paralyzing anxiety, panic attacks, and social phobia.
Self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-compassion are crucial not only success, but overall well-being in life. Yet, all too often, women struggle in this area. Whether it's constantly criticising your body, doubting your own abilities, or being too hard on yourself, we can help! We are currently taking new members interested in our 8 week self esteem enhancement groups.

The drama-mystery is based off of the 2007 best-selling book of the same name by author, Josh Asher. It details the life and ultimate suicide of a fictional high school teenager, Hannah Baker.

Kaity is a phenomenal clinician that makes therapy inviting. She is extremely creative as it relates to curating an atmosphere that is conducive for healing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is considering or may even have reservations about therapy. Give her a call... you will not be disappointed.
