Superlative personal service from Joe, the owner, in getting me an expedited order completed in a matter of days. The proofing process took a little back and forth but Island Print Express was very accommodating, so happy with the results. Great photo quality. Had many print jobs here done in the past and it was always top quality (much better than w.greens). But 5 stars is for the great service and prompt responses over email. Had a very small print job with just one photo that I submitted online. It was part of a larger job before, but I had sent the wrong file for one of the photos. I submitted the request but then realized that they were closed on Saturday. What was their response on Saturday over email? They were closed on saturday and they do have a 25$ minimum job order (which is understandable), BUT they would still print

Prior to finding Island Print, I had been utilizing VistaPrint and I must say, choosing a reliable, local vendor has made a world of difference. Not only is the quality superb, but they were very responsive and worked with me to print the perfect labels. They did not carry the transparent sticker paper that I desired so they ordered it for me. They definitely went above and beyond. I intend on using Island print again!

I came to Island Print Express in a wide search for vendors to print our custom flash cards for an annual educational course. The entire team was extremely helpful and efficient, gathering all required details up front and even providing back-and-forth InDesign guidance when I got stuck with incorrect bleed settings in my file.

These guys are hands down the fastest and most helpful printing company I've worked with. I needed menus printed for my bar in SF on a tight deadline and Joe was able to do it in a jiffy. I just sent him my files and specs and within 24 hours I had nicely printed paper menus that he then personally delivered to me while I was running errands in Alameda. They truly go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I'll be using them for all of my future printing needs for sure.

I am unhappy with the service I got here. I went here after all the reviews I read were amazing.
I asked them if they could make a sign, they said sure. Then they charged me a lot of money to design the sign, then I was told they could not do the sign the way I wanted.
In the end we got nothing for our money.

These guys are great! I emailed about save-the-dates for my wedding and they were able to do the entire exchange over email. Sent in the Etsy design, they said to get the authentic postcard feel they'd need to send them to their facility (vs doing it on-site), which meant they would need to order a minimum of 250 copies, but they would do it for the same price as the 150 cards I requested. The whole thing two a couple weeks, only cost $99, and they look terrific!
