I have been coming here for three weeks now and I like coming here, I feel welcomed and safe here. Rachel Coblentz is very courteous, warm, and friendly. I feel like she does care and wants to help to the best of her abilities. Rachel is very professional and nice and I feel safe confiding in her and talking with her. I definitely recommend this place and Rachel Coblentz to anyone looking for help out of mental and life distress.

I am very very disappointed in Oasis facility. They have no staff to let people know when their appointments are. They
count on the children to let their parents know when the next appointment is.... So if you miss appointments that you "don't know you have" they discharge you.... clueless and sad because the counselor was actually a good counselor.

We really liked this office. There was some issues with their reminder system and the lady at the front desk seemed bothered about having to do her job sometimes but we loved our therapist, Chris.
He was great with our 6 year old and accommodating when I had to bring our other kids to the sessions. He also helped us find a new therapist after we were no longer his patients. We would recommend this office.
