We are an independent fitness studio that specializes in functional fitness training combined with high-intensity interval training, cardio, and resistance exercises to give you a full-body workout. Our 45-minute small group fitness class will maximize every minute of your workout to help you reach your individual goals whether you are looking to tone up, build strength, or lose weight.

Services
Alex is a seasoned personal trainer with over 10 years' experience in personal training and fitness. Before opening Paradise, Alex worked as a trainer for Frank Nash Training Systems in Worcester and helped open and design the fitness training programs at Release Well-Being Center in Westborough. As a devoted fitness enthusiast, Alex brings his knowledge and passion to work every day to help better his clients' lives through fitness.
You can now invite a Paradise Fit Club personal trainer to coach you through a dynamic, custom built workout in the convenience and comfort of your own home. We will provide the motivation and guidance that most home workouts miss. Each workout is personalized to your fitness level, available equipment and level of intensity.
What is functional strength training (FST)? In basic terms, functional strength training exercises focus on strengthening your whole body to make everyday movements easier to perform such as walking upstairs, picking up a baby, carrying groceries, or getting in and out of your car. FST workouts are very effective at burning fat while building lean muscle without requiring hours at the gym.
Our science-backed functional fitness training program is designed around the four universal elements to give you a total body workout. Each small group training class is currently comprised of up to four people, allowing each member to receive more personal attention. We understand not everyone is at the same place in their fitness journey.
A fitness membership is not an expense- it's a commitment you are making to yourself to become healthier. It's like having a personal trainer in your home to make the most of your at home workouts. This 45 minute workout is done via 2-way video with our personal trainer Alex Blakeslee.
Prior to your first session you will fill out a questionnaire that tells us about the equipment you own and what your fitness goals are so the workouts can be individualized for you.Virtual classes are currently offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00am-5:00pm. This is the perfect option for anyone looking to jumpstart their fitness routine from the comfort of your home.

I have only been back to Paradise Fit for a week after a long hiatus, and I have not felt this good in a long time!
Alex is a first class trainer!
He has immediately made training a fun challenge and he is always mindful of a few limitations I have and he still provides a GREAT workout!

Paradise Fit Club is one of the most inviting and well laid out spaces I have ever worked out in. Alex and Max are both fantastic trainers who provide an engaging workout that pushes you to whatever limit they know you are comfortable and capable of. Would recommend to anyone, any age, any fitness level... these guys know how to cater a workout specifically to you.

Before going to Paradise fit club, I thought I was in pretty good shape. After my very first workout I realized I had a long way to go! After only a few weeks I was feeling great and in much better shape. Alex works very hard to help you push yourself and make workout that work for your body. The club is very bright, open and clean. I look forward to my morning workouts and feel so good the rest of the day. Dont forget to end with a smoothie! They're so good!

I was regularly going to paradise fit club pre-covid and was in the best shape I had been in, in a very long time during my time working out here. I wanted to lose weight and tone up after having had a baby. Most workouts I was doing on my own in the gym were causing bad back pain. Alex modified moves to specifically address my stomach muscles and other areas of concern after having a baby. I would highly recommend paradise fit club to anyone looking for an amazing workout in a fun and motivating environment!! I haven’t been back to a gym since covid but have been able to do their on-demand workouts

Alex is an exceptional trainer. He creates workouts for all levels that are challenging and fun. The hour goes by quickly and I’m already seeing improvements in definition and stamina. Anyone looking for a clean gym with all new equipment, small highly personalized workout sessions in an upbeat motivating community will not be disappointed.

Great new gym in the area! Brand new equipment with an experienced trainer who can scale workouts to make them as difficult or approachable as needed for each individual member. I've worked out with Alex in the past and have been looking for an affordable gym with this style of workout for a few years now and am excited to see how the gym and membership grows! Definitely worth checking out for anyone in the metro west area looking for a good workout!
