Ruined my grandmother’s funeral because they were more focused on getting paid than the quality of their work. The obituaries have many noticeable mistakes on them, the prayer cards were wrong and they tried to rush us through the viewing and the service. The funeral home provided the immediate family with transportation to the cemetery but quickly took it back when the mistakes were pointed out. I don’t know what happen to their high quality service but it has gone way down hill. Fix it Jesus!

Gaffney Funeral Services turned out to be a nightmare on top of an nightmare. The pandemic started and my father passed away February 25, 2020. So, being that I live in Charleston, SC, I had to conduct my father’s arrangements over the phone. Spoke with Mr. Jeremiah Gaffney and he assured me that he’d take great care of my father’s remains. I told him due to the pandemic, I wanted my father cremated, but I’d like a photo of his remains for verification and closure. A week later I received a picture of my father laying in a hefty bag on a wood table- that appeared to be outside the fine

My husband and I recently utilized the funeral services of Dr. Gaffney’s Funeral home for her 90 year young dad on October 11, 2019. All interactions we had with Dr. Gaffney and his staff were very professional, courteous, positive and accommodating. Additionally, we were treated like family. At all levels, they exceeded our expectations - from the time of the original phone call, to the site visit & walkthrough to program planning and the execution of the actual viewing and funeral service. I just want to thank Jeremiah Gaffneys funeral home for taking proper care of my mother who passed away in june 2019. We had 2 ceremonies one at the Inwood chapel and another in the islands and I must say all the family members were pleased with the way my mother was presented to go home to her final resting place.
