If I could give negative stars, I would! My daughter left in tears and cried all the way home. Kendra not only did a horrible job on her hair she made excuses for her lack of skills She even tried blaming my child! Kendra's hands were shaking when she tried to "fix" it. We walked out and now my daughter will have to either grow her hair out the next 6 months or shave it and start over, it's that bad! Horrible Horrible Horrible Uneven Choppy Haircut!!!!!
