DISHONEST/RIPOFF
Tom, the owner, said he did not do "Warranty Work". Charged me for the part on my air conditioner and then filed a Warranty Claim with ICP.
He was very shocked when I called him to let him know that I spoke with the warranty company and they said he filed a claim for a refund.
I explained to him that he owes me $150.00 for the part that I paid for. He said no way that he paid for the part not me.
I called several other companies and they gave me an estimate of $150.00 to $350.00 for labor. I paid a total of $550.00 for an hours work. If I didn't pay for the part

We purchased an a/c unit from Tom 8 years ago and it has been repaired 7 times. The compressor had to be replaced twice. I had to pay for labor and freon both times. Tom didn't know how to replace the defrost adaptor so I had to call another company to replace it. We are senior citizens and twice we have been without air for 2 days. Plus, my 2 little animals have had to live without air. Don't buy from Tom or believe anything he says. Please read all of the other bad reviews that he has.

Dishonest and rude service. Kept trying to convince me that I needed a new unit to replace the one I have which is only 5 years old. I'm a retiree on a fixed income and after paying Tom $300 for a service call and to recharge the freon it went out again in 5 days. Turns out it was only a leak which needed to be resealed and then recharged. The next company I hired was friendly, professional, and had great prices.
