Pond's Heating and Cooling offers a couple of ways to accomplish your yearly heating and cooling maintenance requirements. This is a yearly maintenance contract. We call you to schedule your maintenace on your unit twice per year/every six months. During this visit, we back flush all drain lines, clean all leaves from the condensers, wash the outside unit, and wipe down the inside unit.

We had an A/C Problem very early on a Saturday morning about 2 am. We are new to our home and this area and called Ponds based on recommendations on line and also they had serviced the previous owners.
We called about 8:45 am Saturday morning at the main office number and we were directed to call a different number for Ted who was on call. We spoke to Ted at 9:00am and he said he would arrive in an hour to an hour and a half. It was just over an our and he was here. In less then 30 minutes the capacitor was replaced, system checked, and house cooling beautifully. We were given the figures before

I would highly recommend Pond's Heating & Cooling. From the initial phone call with Cody, to the day of installation service with Ted and AJ, everything was extremely professional & just an overall pleasant experience. We had two return air ducts & vents installed by them. The guys did a great job, & we are very happy!
