McCutcheon was recommended by my supervisor at work and I couldn't be happier. On Sunday of Labor Day weekend my AC went out with the heat index of over a hundred degrees outside. I called McCutcheon and a very nice technician named Josh was at my house in about an hour. Unfortunately the compressor went out and my unit is only 6 years old which I purchased with another company that I was not happy with in regular appointments. Unfortunately because of Labor Day weekend the compressor could not be ordered until Tuesday and they got it and installed while I was at work and my house was feeling great

These guys were great! Highly recommended. My air conditioning went out during the hottest part of the year. They were there within just a couple hours and had me up and running and their price was reasonable. I called them back a week later, because while the system was cooling, it was running loud. They came out again promptly and courteously. They fixed the problem without further charge to me. They stand behind their work and I would absolutely use their services again.
