Our Redeemer Lutheran School
Nothing says Spring Break like Kidventure's Springfest. This week of amazing camp offers our campers every opportunity to have tons of fun, create lasting memories, and do it all with new and old friends alike! Look for Camp Preston Hollow on the Kidventure Website. Our educational programs are wrapped in Christian principles and teachings, keeping faith at the core of our school.

Elementary students have opportunities to engage in choir, hand bells, orchestra and more. True, we've sacrificed here and there to put our children in this school, but when I consider what I hold most dear to my heart, it is giving my children the upbringing and future to become remarkable adults.
Services
Our Redeemer Lutheran School has a tradition of excellence, providing high quality education in a loving, Christ-based environment for nearly 60 years. Our low student-teacher ratio allows our experienced teachers to give the personal attention every child needs to achieve. ORLS programs include preschool, serving age 1 through Pre-K 4, and elementary school, serving kindergarten through 6th grade.
Currently, there are over 2000 Lutheran preschools, elementary schools, and high schools in the United States. The many Lutheran schools throughout the country share a common mission: our schools serve the Lord by touching the lives of children and young people with the message of Jesus Christ as Savior and Redeemer.

Warm friendly staff, family feel, great opportunities for an outstanding education. This private elementary is one of the best kept secrets in Dallas.

I have two kids (6 and 4) who have both attended Our Redeemer Lutheran School for preschool. My daughter was in the PK3 and PK4 classes and my son has been in PK2, PK3, and will start PK4 in the fall. I am so happy with this school and have recommended it to friends who, in turn, love it. I cannot speak for grades K-6 as my children only attend the preschool program, but I can say that the preschool teachers are top-notch. We have had the benefit of having the PK3 teacher, Mrs. Wharton who has been at the school for many years, as well as brand-new teachers like Mrs. O'Connor who taught

We recently moved to Dallas about a year and a half ago from Southen California. When we were looking for schools we came across Our Reedemer online and decided to call and check it out. I spoke with Carol who was so helpful and friendly. She walked me through the process as we were still in CA. As soon as we moved there they gave us a tour and met most of their amazing faculty and staff. We were so impressed and knew our son would be taken care of. Well now I can say after two phenomenal teachers and years, we are so happy that we chose ORLS! My son has grown so much! All the teachers

Our son has been attending ORLS for the past 3 years, since Pre-K 3. He immediately loved going to school and our family felt welcomed from the onset.

The class sizes are small with two teachers and that has allowed our son to thrive in this environment, especially grow academically and socially. He loves the library, gymnasium (on those winter days, so he can run) and all the extracurricular activities the school offers.

ORLS has Kids Club (after school care) which is great and it helps especially since we have to pick him up later in the day.

We have noticed a lot of progress in our son

This is my daughter's second year here- I am happy with what she is learning in Kindergarten. They have great materials and she seems to be making lots of progress learning to read. It is nice that she learns about reading and writing as well as having the time to learn about the bible and have "Jesus time" everyday.

I am not as impressed with some of the administrative things at the school. Most staff are wonderfully sweet and nice, but the principal can be very gruff at times which has been a real turn off for me.
There is a lot of "fund-raising" and asking for money
