I called this company last year around mid-December for a home inspection. I was told Andrew would contact me for the scheduling. Working with Andrew in trying to set an appointment was very difficult, he is not the type that follows up, I had to call him often to get updates. We tried for a Saturday morning call and to possibly do it on that day, and I did not get a call until around 12pm-1pm. After realizing that perhaps a Saturday was not the best day to schedule, I asked for personal un-paid time off from work to do a weekday appointment. Andrew and I were finally able to meet for the inspection

I hired Orlando's Best Home Inspection and Andrew was my inspector. The house I saw looked good to me, but his inspection saved me from the expense of major repairs . It needed too many expensive repairs as his complete report indicated. Due to the professional evaluation that he performed, I was able to reduce the price of the house because of the completeness of his report. I would recommend Andrew to anyone that is considering purchasing a house in the area. Gordy was great to work with. I hired him to do two different inspections for me. He was very thorough and went above and beyond each time. When I needed him to go back to the second property to double check a ceiling for me on short notice, even though he was traveling he immediately started making calls to help me and find someone to send out to the property that day. Thankful for the expertise of Gordy!!! Searching for the perfect home is not easy in today's market. And, just when you think you find the right one, put an offer in on it, and start the process....... If it wasn't for Gordy perhaps we would have bought a "lemon". What we thought to be the perfect home turned out to have serious issues that were not originally disclosed and would have cost us ten's of thousands of dollars to have corrected. I can't begin to tell you have grateful I am to have met Gordy. My husband and I recently purchased a brand new home less than a year ago and were already experiencing stucco failure to one side of the home, as well as some water damage throughout the home. Mr. Gordy & his assistant were the best. Very detailed. They took the time to explain everything they were doing or saw in plain English. They caught things that were never caught in my initial walkthrough. He even pointed out things that were done very well at the house. They were very friendly & put me at ease & I was reassured that my new home will be a keeper.
