Choosing the right inspection team makes all the difference. A professional assessment of the entire home will be inspected. We will provide an expert opinion and a professional computerized report, with color photos, on the various systems within the house and the physical structure there in. This will give the buyer peace of mind, the Seller a good conscience and the Realtors better negotiating opportunities.
Our comprehensive home inspection covers the Structure, Electrical, Roof covering and flashings, Attic spaces, Foundation, Crawlspaces, Central Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Swimming Pool, Irrigation systems, Appliances, and much more. We figure since we are already there inspecting your home there should be no extra charge for inspecting ALL areas of the home.
When purchasing a new home you expect it to be perfect, no defects and nothing to replace because it has never been lived in. Unfortunately, that is not always the case. We don't want you to be one of the many home buyers that have purchased a brand new home only to find out that the plumbing leaks, the electricity was not wired correctly or worse the roofing was not put on properly and is subject to massive leaking.
Have one of our certified inspectors make a final walk-through inspection of your new or pre-existing home to give you the peace of mind that everything is okay. We can use the pre-contracted agreement that you received at the beginning of the building process to make sure the work has been done correctly and with excellence.

I simply cannot say enough good things about John! He showed up early for the inspection (unheard of in FL right?!) went above and beyond for me (a first time homeowner), even answering all my newbie questions. His services ring true to his name: thorough!!! I wouldn’t even think of hiring anyone else to inspect a home for me. We need more people like John on this planet. He’s one of the good ones! I called about 10 different places to get a quote and a feel for different inspectors in the area and Bill was the only one that sounded genuine and with a passion for his customers. The day of the inspection he arrived earlier than the scheduled time and was already busy working; he was very diligent and explained everything in detail to a cubicle guy like me. I worked with Bill at A Thorough Inspection and he is straight forward, responsive and knows what he is doing. He worked with me on a bundled quote for a wind mitigation and 4pt. inspection. Additionally, he went above and beyond and even recommend an insurance agent in Winter Park who gave me a great quote and Bill is the reason I was able to reduce my annual Homeowner's premium. I sought Bill out because during a home inspection my home buyers were told there was a major flaw in our roof. The minute I spoke with him it was obvious from the start that he was an expert and knew what he was talking about. He was able to come out very quickly for an inspection and the subsequent report was expedited. Turns out the buyers inspector was a hack and he recognized this immediately. We found John and Bill while trying to find a home inspection that could be performed on short notice. They were very accommodating and arrived early to the property. They seemed very knowledgeable of the process and explained their findings as we went around the house. Close to an hour and a half later, they had completed the inspection and reviewed their findings with me and my wife. They also offered recommendations for some of the needed repairs and gave us an idea of what each might cost. Their service was beyond my expectations and I'd highly recommend them to anyone else seeking a home inspection
