Used them several times now and have been been very satisfied with the inspections. They inspected our first home which we purchased without even seeing, since we were moving out of state. Everything was inspected from smallest detail to big and all the issues were pointed out, helping us get sellers to fix issues that we never would have saw. Recently they identified a leak no else saw, but because after the 4th inspection they performed for us, we trusted their judgement, we were going to back out of a deal, as seller insisted their plumber inspected and denied any leaks. 2 days into negotiations

Jay and Sue recently came to inspect a condominium that I am planning on purchasing. They arrived right on time, were very nice, and jumped right into the inspection. Jay started off by showing me his credentials, and explaining the whole process from start to finish. This being a condo, I didn't expect them to take so much time, but they spent a thorough 2 hours going over every inch of that place, including the attic.
