Due to a new job, we had to relocate to Tracy. We had an apartment complex in mind but on whim, we decided to look at Aspire before committing to the other apartment. We were greeted by Erica. We went through the typical routine of inquiring about an apartment. When we left and thought it over, we knew that we wanted to live at Aspire. The main reason was because of Erica. Ericka Martinez the Leasing Consultant at Aspire Apartments really left a lasting impression and I really enjoyed her professionalism & knowledge on the area. I'm not super familiar with Tracy and she provided great recommendations for dining, shopping and entertainment. I was reading through some of the reviews and did not have that experience. I'm not much of a person that writes reviews however Ericka impressed me and I'm comfortable proceeding with the application process. Overall living is okay , but where it really falls off short is management. They constantly put out these dramatic “reminders” about the community rules (that they never really enforce anyways). Some of the people living here just don’t care and bring activity that isn’t in the “community rules”.
Don’t market this as a family friendly environment when you have people smoking, not respecting the quiet times and some drag racing on the parallel street at night, even bringing illegal paraphernalia. I’ve sent emails regarding said “reminders” and I get no response on all 3 occasions

I moved from the Bay to the Valley to get more for my buck. When Aspire came up with pictures and all I had to come see if it was real. It’s real! Pet friendly, clean, etc...whenever I need Jeff is on the spot! Tara, thank you for being awesome! Renewing to get a chance to enjoy the beauty as it was intended, prior to COVID! Cheers 🥂

Money greedy. As soon as you sign your lease they don't care about anyone. Office staff does not know how to answer any questions and say that they will look into situations and never follow up. My lease was up at the end of December and I have yet to see any final paperwork or anything regarding my security deposit. Calls left unanswered and emails left un-responded to. Save yourself the hassle and rent somewhere else

We lived in aspire for almost 4 years. First in a 1 bedroom then a 2 bedroom after having a baby. Let's just say the list of negative is very long. Maintenance takes forever to take care of an issue. Several times I have had to call again and again to remind them. Supposedly the front desk likes to ignore and not make a note. One experience I won't forget is my gate code and my sticker wasn't working. I was stuck outside the gate and the people in the office were just staring at me when I was telling them how frustrated I am with my baby in the car unable to enter the complex. We

These apartments are beautiful inside an out! The staff is beautiful too makes it that much better. I have rented numerous places in upscale neighborhoods in many cities and this has to be the best so far. I give this team 5 stars. They dress so professional and chic. I am in the fashion business and usually work out of LA and SF and did not expect this from the central valley I was incredibly surprised and amazed. My boyfriend recently referred his sister as well. GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION>

All the leasing office staff is always friendly and wearing masks for safety. The grounds are pretty well kept and the price is fair for what you get.
The one qualm I do have is that a good percentage of the packages I order go missing. I don't know who to blame for this issue. The delivery services or package thieves. But this is really disconcerting especially being a mother of a little one. I like the convenience of shopping online. I may have to rent a mailbox at UPS for this specific issue to be resolved.
This is frustrating and adds to monthly costs.

That manager is even worst to deal with, then the agents that work in the office.
We we're looking for apartments. short term lease we told that to the agent Trisha.
She seemed like she really wanted to rent it out so we proceeded with all the paperwork and paid the fees for the application and the deposit to hold the apartment. But when it came to the rent amount No it wasn't the same as what we was told by the agent Trisha.

Aspire Apartments has one of the best amenities I've seen in an apartment community! The staff is ridiculously nice and maintenance is very top notch! Everyone there takes pride in their work and really cares about their residents! Aspire is a place you should defiantly look at first if you're looking to move to the Tracy/Manteca area! Not to mention, you will located BY EVERYTHING!!!

Been nothing but disrespected since setting foot on this property. We've had leaks, sewage spillage, our car towed, and now have black mold in our unit. We've been ghosted by everyone at the property except the maintenance guy, Jeff (who has been great).
Currently there is no "Community Director", so there is a interim filling in. Everyone is dragging their feet to help us.
We had sewage come up and flood our bathroom and seeped into the carpet from the sink and toilet, after we had multiple roof leaks, from the unit above us having plumbing issues. They've since replaced

We lived here for a a year and just moved out only due to job relocation, otherwise we would've stayed tenants.
We moved here after living in a 2,500 sq foot home and honestly we were nervous to go back to apartment life. Thankfully, it never really felt like an apartment. The floor plan we chose was spacious, well laid out and even had an attached 2-car garage so it never really felt like your run of the mill apartment unit. After extensive calling and emailing. After consistently recording the excessive bass levels, I got nowhere with management. What finally made management do anything was when the other resident came to my door and began screaming and yelling at me. He was calling multiple profanities, all while security was there. Once the situation escalated to a level it never should have gotten to, did management finally take action. I submitted a doctors note in regards to numerous health issues I was suffering from due to going to several days of no sleep because of the excessive noise levels.
