Horrible experience. Terribly managed. They are crooks who steal money and belongings. No courtesy call after paying on time every month during a pandemic with zero 'luxury' amenities actually open - no break on rent. Shelby the woman I spoke with was short with me, taunted me when I asked a question about the paint (I made a complaint first 2 wks moving in saying paint was coming off walls and she taunted me saying did you want us to repaint your apartment after they told me there was only one coat of paint - so ya, you should have done a 2nd coat) she sent pictures when I debated the

Full honesty here. Get ready for a mini novel.
TLDR: Great space, minimal noise, management is AMAZING, maintenance is a 4.5/5, security is questionable.
Apartments: Gated community. Very spacious living spaces with high ceilings. Stainless steel appliances. You can tell they cheaped out some (flooring and cabinets), but all very functional. Walls are pretty thick. The only area that you could probably hear noise is the front door. My neighbors next door were blasting music, but I could only hear it when I was at the entrance of my apartment. I never had an issue with parking. I work super

Nothing but great things to say about living in this complex, especially coming from a nightmare experience in the last apartment complex I lived in. Management is wonderful. They answer my calls and emails with great timing. Service requests are always fulfilled the next day. The apartments are well kept. It's been a bummer not being able to use any of the amenities I pay for monthly during quarantine, but I fully understand why. I can't wait to use them!
I almost feel like my neighbors don't exist because they are so quiet, it's such a relief. Dog friendly. Very reasonable
