Some of these negative reviews are probably personal problems. Yes your neighbor might smoke, but no we do not share common ducts. Each unit is a separate unit.
These are not bug infested. Grounds are well kept and pest control is on site weekly. If you're having pest problems the office is more than happy to help.
They are updating any units that open up and adding laminate flooring and i think quartz counter tops.
Compared to other complexes in the area these are a decent deal and very nice. There's plenty of residents that have lived here for years. If they were that bad, why would they stay
