This place is shutting down soon and rightfully so. The owner is a smelly, angry man who is extremely rude. The place is run down.

Racquetball courts are in poor condition. Screws in the floor are above levels. Hopefully no one falls. Staff is nice and helpful.

Hardcore gym with awesome equipment, nice staff, strong patrons. Easy membership options and used to have drop in rates when I last went. I'll probably go again when I'm next in town. It's a great gym.

Five stars for the free wights and machines. It's all older but maintained well. It's a cool space. There aren't useless "perks" or flashy equipment like at a planet fitness or Crunch. The workout area is also clean. There are a few rooms for classes that looked nice
I was there around between 4:30 and 6 and there were only 5 other guys there which was very nice.
That being said, the locker rooms are in dire need of a renovation. The lockers are on their last leg. The benches are carpeted... the floors are carpet too. The showers are apparently closed permanently and can not be used. All the

Great facility, exceptionally clean. Well maintain, and organized. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Thanks to the staff also, friendly, knowledgeable, always willing to assist, and aid.

Best gym we have found so far in our area in terms of the amount and quality of machines and equipment. If you are in to weightlifting and some old school machines you won't find anywhere else, this is the place to go! The staff was top notch and we are thankful a friend of ours introduced us to this great gym!

I love this gym. Everyone here loves to work out and it shows. There’s tons of equipment and plenty of space - you do not feel overcrowded. Plus, I can drop my weights without having an alarm blown on me. Perfect.

This month would have marked 1 year that I was at Body Rocks for the fitness facilities. I joined from Planet Fitness. I felt the atmosphere was much busier than I’d prefer w/PF & that my fitness level had plateaued. For the first several months at Body Rocks I watched my strength and muscle mass increase. However, I also watched the flaws at Body Rocks become more and more apparent. The biggest flaw is the owner, Al. He is the sole owner and employee at the gym, and while he focuses on crumbs or mud tracked through the 30 year old carpet more than he does updating the machines or building to

This is a gym for people who want to lift weights. It also has racquetball courts.
If you're into lifting weights, then this place is for you. Multiple squat racks; lots of plates; lots of weights. There's also a decent range of machines. Not much else in the way of amenities.
Rates are fairly reasonable IMHO, and owner is a straighforward guy as far as pricing is concerned. Of all the gyms I've belonged to in my life, this place is a solid value.
