I have never liked to exercise or going into a gym. Gyms are intimidating and how do you know what to do and when to do it. I heard about Connor Daley from one of my friends and figured I would give him a chance, what could I lose other than some weight! I had a big trip to Europe in June of 2017 and wanted to look good.
