I utilized Greg's inspection service when I was under contract to buy a house as a buyer. Based on previous inspections I've seen from others, he was certainly the most thorough inspector I've worked with. What I especially appreciated was how he not only highlighted issues, but also provided a recommended solutions. He also pointed out which issues were urgent, major, or minor. Since I don't have an eye of an inspector, that helped me tremendously when making negotiations with the seller. I highly recommend his services and would definitely hire him again.

Greg is a tremendous person to work with and I would recommend him to anyone (and have!). He is exceptionally thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. He has inspected 4 homes for me and has saved me thousands of dollars and loads of trouble with his detailed inspection process and wealth of experience. My realtor commented many times during my house search, Greg is no joke and much more detailed than 99% of the inspectors she has encountered. This is really the nicest guy. I called with some questions about a contractor that I worried was taking advantage of my ignorance (a situation where there was no possibility of him making money). He took the time to answer my questions fully and explained what I could do moving forward. If I need an inspector in the future, I know exactly where I'll be looking.
