This is the best company to have your furnace replaced. We had several bids and when it came down to which company offered the most honest & most reasonable work and price, ExelAir was far and away the winner. Christian, the technician was very professional, polite and spent alot of time explaining what the problem was and showed us how he was fixing the problem. Another company yesterday could not fix the problem and did not even measure the gas pressure, that company gave up and said we have no idea what the problem is. Christian patiently diagnosed every part of the heater and tested the gas pressure and resolved the problem. Such a great company from the sales representative to installation crew. Then the office staff coordinating service and the field technicians! We had our new system and full ducting installed last year. We shopped around and after a few quotes they represented a reputable manufacturer for a great value. The office staff have been so accommodating and punctual with scheduling our routine tune ups. The technicians that have come to my home have been so friendly to my family and animals! My air conditioner and heating unit was installed by Excel Air several years ago. Chuck Leonard recently came to inspect and service my air conditioner. What a pro! He really took the needed time to inspect everything, both inside and outside, cleaned all the dust off and made sure everything was properly connected and secure. The service from technician was great. They were available as promised and work was quick. He filled R-22 within the hour.
