I called after my Ac suddenly stopped giving me cold air, we got a warm blend that was not pleasant and with kids you need a good Ac. James literally responded immediately within 10 minutes at my door with trainee in tow and checked my system made a couple suggestions after testing and checking that everything was good and made the necessary repairs. Shane and James were great! We had a leaky evaporator coil on our air conditioner, causing damage to the heater and fan underneath and the carpet. They gave us a great quote to replace the heating/fan/evaporator coil unit, and completed the job within a few hours. They were very friendly and courteous. I would definitely call them again.

I've been a customer of Champion for the past couple of years for mostly annual maintenance and to fix some minor problems. Recently I had my gas furnace on the blink and I called them up again. Shane did some troubleshooting and corrected the problem but noted that was likely to fain again. After he left and spoke to the owner they recommended I get a new one. I was very concerned about having to shell out thousands of dollars but Shane was able install a mid-level furnace at a very reasonable price (and were able to do it the following morning). Joel provided great customer service. My AC went out over Labor Day weekend, the hottest weekend we have had all year. I called Champion, expecting it would be about a week for any company to be able to respond given the influx of calls due to the extreme temperatures. Joel called me back within an hour of leaving a message on sunday and scheduled to come out two days later on a Tuesday. He provided a two hour time window 2-4, very unusual in my experience, usually its a 4-5 hour window. He arrived right at 2 and got my AC running again within 30 mins. This company rocks! A/C went out in my home and, not knowing who to contact, I just started contacting local companies in San Marcos. Joel at Champion fielded my call and was very responsive. In early January of 2020 our heating system failed and we had to evaluate the purchase of a new unit. Our unit is installed in our attic area, after looking at it with the assistance of the Champion team (Thomas and Joel) we determined that a new unit could not be installed in the attic without cutting roof joists which would compromise the roof. We called in a structural engineer and he confirmed that we could not replace the unit in the attic area without a substantial cost of removing joists and then reinforcing the joists after the work was done. BEST of the BEST!!! I can't say enough about Joel and his crew at Champion! Fair price, no surprises and they tackled a difficult job and made it look easy. Joel fabricated ducting on my driveway that fit like a glove and his knowledge along with a great and talented crew put us at ease during the project knowing they were going to get the job done and make it look great! Well, the day finally came. My air stopped working and I called Champion right away. It was time to replace my entire system! The Champion Team was, of course, great. They offered different quotes based on my equipment choices, they let me take time to get my finances in order, and they worked with my schedule.
