Very neglectful, and tried to withhold medical records. Waited over a year for a referral to get wisdom teeth pulled, In that year he saw us for multiple cleaning and scalings but refused to get down to the knitty gritty. He did this with my husband and daughter for which they both had to have emergency extractions done because he wouldn't do the proper procedures in a timely manner. When I requested med records they told us no, that they will hold them or fax them to the new place but would not give them to us. When I told them that was illegal and informed them that by law they had 28 days to
