Laid back, simple living, nature enthusiasts, herbivores who can be found riding bikes down Esplanade Avenue to City Park or hanging out with our pup, Crew in our NOLA apartment with the windows open & music on. We are Caitlin and Thad (our friends call us "Thaitlin", or "the Septembers"), the New Orleans wedding photography duo behind September Company.
After years of being online and mutual friend acquaintances, we spotted each other in a crowded bar and have been adventuring together ever since. Within a few years of photographing weddings together we decided to both chase after the dream full time. In the summer on 2019, we moved from Lafayette to New Orleans after falling in love with the city after photographing many weddings here.

We found photography for a shared love of people, adventures, and stories. Our goal is to artistically and intentionally capture images that take you back to the most heartfelt, sentimental moments on your wedding day so that you can remember how those moments felt. Soak up the moments as they unfold, and we will photograph them, stepping in to give good direction and guide you towards the best light only when necessary.
Custom photography timelines are created with each couple to ensure that all the photos most important to you are captured and you can relax and enjoy your day while we photograph it as it unfolds. We know when to step in and when to step out.
Direction is given to guide clients into great light so that you look your best in photos, but when those unexpected, sentimental moments happen on their own, we step back and capture candids as they unfold.Our editing style is a blend of timeless tones and modern colors. Clients receive full, downloadable wedding galleries within 8 weeks of their wedding day.
