Tim is an Internationally published award winning Photographer and Author. His work has been published in Professional Photographer, Rangefinder, New Beauty, and Louisiana Life magazines, The Daily Advertiser and The Times of Acadiana as well as a number of Amherst Media books and other publications.
Our Studio is located in a turn of the Century building nestled in the heart of downtown Lafayette Louisiana. The original structure completed in 1907, was transformed into the current Studio. Minimal modifications were made to preserve the original character of this beautiful historic building.

From start to finish you captured such a special time for us and I really can't put into words the timeless glimpse you gave us of this moment. I would highly recommend you to anyone. The hardest thing about the entire process was choosing the portraits.

Tim was so kind and accommodating when taking senior photographs for my daughter, Taylor. He got some amazing shots of her! He was attentive and so easy to work with. I was impressed with a slideshow of all her photo options- it was so hard to choose!
We were also lucky to have Tim photograph a week's worth of Homecoming events. He was there for all the activities: tea, breakfast, pep rally night, parade, football game, toast , presentation of court and dinner! The Homecoming court has many beautiful pics to treasure!

Mr. Tim is hands down the best photographer!
I found him on Facebook when I was a freshman in high school and I told my mom that I wanted him to take my senior pictures! Fast forward to senior year and he captured everything I loved most! Cheerleading, my sweet dog apollo, and country living! So 5 years later I’m engaged to get married and I reached out to Mr. Tim and asked him to photograph my wedding and he did just that! I am in love with all my wedding pictures! He caught every moment I wanted from that special day!

Tim did my daughters senior pictures and chose her to be a senior rep. I can’t even begin to describe what a great experience we had. Tim made Remi feel so comfortable and made sure Remi enjoyed every moment of every session she had. Tim gave us the option of where we wanted to take pictures and even gave us the option of going to places we had in mind. He is very easy to work with and i can’t wait to use him again. Thanks for making Remi senior pictures so special.

I recommend Tim Schooler for his many photography talents!!!! His photos come out amazingly beautiful! His vision reflects in his subjects’ true, authentic beauty!!! Tim has been my family’s photographer for 10 years now and has always given the best experience and quality photographs! My favorite thing is the way he presents the pictures in a theater style setting with a unique slideshow set to music! It’s such a unique and personal touch that no other photographer does in this area. Also his studio is adorable and located in the historic district of Lafayette! I have been a fan of Tim Schooler's photography for years, so when it was time for my daughter's senior pictures I knew where I wanted her to go. So we made a trip to his studio all the way from Colorado. It was amazing to meet the artist behind the camera, who is one the friendliest and most genuine people I've ever met. As a result, we have THE most beautiful senior pictures of my daughter. Louisiana, you have a true gift in Tim Schooler!!!
