For 30+ years, I've helped professionals, individuals, and families communicate more effectively, to reduce the anger, stress, and conflict life hands all of us at times. While I expect to be back in my office eventually, at this time Teletherapy is available. Please take some time to look around this site.

If anything I've said here interests you, and if you have some questions or need more information, I invite you to give me a call to find out how I can help you. To schedule an appointment or arrange for a free phone consultation or if you have comments about something I've written on this site, please email or call me at 310.475.1759.
Services
I help men, women, teens, and families communicate more effectively and with reduced conflict, stress, and anger in personal and/or professional relationships. Whether you've been trying hard to re-establish lines of communication or want to explore and resolve old/unfinished issues that keep you stuck, counseling can help you feel better and more in charge of your life.
Have you been wondering if counseling could really make a difference in your life? A 15 minute phone call might help you make that decision. Sometimes you might just need a little more support, as you figure out what your own way of getting there is!. In spite of my 30+ years of experience, I've discovered that I still have more to learn.
If you need help coping with some of the passages and transitions in your life, please contact me to schedule an appointment or for a complementary telephone consultation. Convenient to Culver City, Hollywood, Century City, West Hollywood, Inglewood, Cheviot Hills, & the central/west Los Angeles area.
One of my pet peeves is that so many of the small things in life just keep changing - in spite of my efforts to keep them just the same! The pen I used for years? They no longer make it! The shoes I loved and wore forever? There's now a new and improved version - and those shoes don't fit the way the old ones did!
Is there a hole in your heart? A space in your life that you feel can never be filled? And what you'd really like to do is sit down in person with your therapist to get the help you need? But things are different now--and most counseling is happening online. Before you give up and decide that you'll just wait until the world becomes safe again, take a look at what I wrote recently about teletherapy.
