I spoke on the phone with Chad (the office manager) on a Friday and was able to schedule an inspection for a home I am purchasing on the following Monday (3 days later). Joe arrived about 20 minutes after the 1:00PM appointment time, however he had called 10 minutes prior to that time to let me know the current rainstorm in the area (that I also had to drive through) had delayed him traveling from his previous appointment. Once Joe arrived he was extremely professional and friendly and got right to work. He spent just under 3 hours inspecting the home. The next day, Tuesday, I received the 4-Point

I have worked with Joe Manners for the past 4 years and he is my “go to” for home inspections. He is extremely knowledgeable and has multiple cerrtifIcations to prove it. He has helped me identify so many deficiencies on projects that we were able to correct for our client. Joe also has helped me with Commercial inspections on existing buildings as well.
