Excellent inspection of property and gave a great package deal. Would have liked to have more details on the estimate such as condition of cabinets since they were broken and paint peeled etc. The stove and dishwasher was over 20 years old and the jacuzzi as well So I’m not sure if it’s just basic information and not necessary since it’s obvious it’s in need of replacement. He did recommend the water heater to be replaced since that actually can be a safety concern.
