Alliance Home Inspections has combined the wealth of knowledge, training and experience in all aspects of the housing market. The founder of the company, Stephan Genereux and his affiliates have brought 10 years of residential development, 15 years of commercial development and 15 years of Real Estate Sales.
Scheduling an online inspection does not confirm the appointment until we contact you to confirm the cost, time and date with you directly. The online requesst form will expedite the time for us to generate a quote for you and will not need for you to go over the details of the property since they will already be in our system.

As a first time home buyer, the whole process can be stressful and overwhelming. Alliance home inspections came recommended by a friend, and I believe word of mouth is everything. I was paired up with Stephan whom was unbelievably patient, detailed, and informative. Stephan walked me through the process, explained what he was doing, and went above and beyond by giving me overall advise and recommendations. Alliance Home Inspection was so thorough and completely professional. Anyone that is in the process should use them for their home inspection. We were referred to Alliance by our realtor and we are 100% satisfied with their services!! Very professional and felt very good about our purchase with all the information we received.
Stephan saved us almost $10,000 on our purchase. Our Realtor, Susanna Ritz from Coldwell Bank, used Stephan's report and Negotiate $9,600 worth of repairs, which the seller agreed to fix.
Once the repairs were completed, we asked Stephan if he could come back and re-inspect the work that had been done. He simply asked to call the office and contact the office and schedule a re-inspect with Sabrina, who is a joy to work with. We paid $150 for a re-inspect, which was well worth it since Stephan

We are first time home buyers and we were very nervous in finding the right compny to work with.
After shopping around Alliance was our pick.
They answered every time when we called, where the other companies always seemed to be bad taming.
Come to find out that they do a lot f inspections and have a total of 5 inspectors, which was a good sign.
They inspector we had could tell we were stress out and took an extra hour to walk us through the entire house one final time to make us at ease and he wanted to make sure that we would comfortable with everything.
I think we might of made him late

The process of buying a house can be extremely stressful and costly. Knowing which company to choose from a list online can be intimidating, especially if you are not familiar with them nor have personal referrals from friends or family.
