First and Last time I will every use Riverwood Realty Rentals (RRR)!!! Never Again! They are quick to take your money and not in any hurry to hold up to their end of the bargain (caring for your unit). Landlords / Owners BEWARE!
As an owner I used Riverwood Realty Rentals (RRR) for the first time this winter, all went well in the beginning, they found me a tenant quickly and all seemed well. However when the tenants left they had damaged the carpet in the master bedroom. I alerted RRR to this, they had no idea as they do not do walk-throughs after tenants leave. I sent them pictures of the damage

This place will rent you anything and charge a lot for it. We rented from them in Winter of 2018. We were told the place was beautiful. It was far from it. Carpets were filthy and we had a hard time getting even a piece of them cleaned. No iron. One set of sheets, a vacuum that didn’t work, bad kitchen ware, crummy linen and top prices charged with no help to remedy the problems. Be cautious when renting here.
