We initially hired Pristine Clean because they quoted us a very competitive rate.
The quote was for 2 cleaners to take 1.5 hours. Instead 3 people showed up (which was a more expensive hourly rate) and took 1.5 hours.
The team did a fine job cleaning the apartment, but we have had better cleaning services. We were then charged over 50% more than we were quoted which is completely unacceptable.
If you are going to hire Pristine make sure you are very clear with them, because if you are not they will take advantage of you.

I was provided for 2 hours service by 3 people and scope was to clean my kitchen, bathrooms and other places with lower priority if time allows.. the crew mngr asked for 3 hours or more and I said OK for 3 hrs. I again asked them to prioritize the kitchen and the results was not good at all. Lots of dirty stains not removed at multiple places. I have then paid the invoice for about $388 for the unsatisfactory work With this feedback to their mngmt. they emailed me back as below saying they will come back and finish the work. I was happy and waiting... On the day of the follow up for completion
