Our showroom has a wide variety of glamorous and beautiful carpets that would enhance your home or your office. At Weickert's, you will find a collection of carpets with a comprehensive assortment of colors, textures and styles. We buy our carpets directly from top name manufacturers like Shaw, Kraus, Beaulieu, Mohawk etc.
First the upholstery type is identified. This allows the technician to decide what cleaning procedure must be used for the best results. Special processes are used for cotton, cotton blends, wool, silk, and other fragile materials to allow for the best possible cleaning. Secondly, the entire body and cushions are brushed with a special upholstery brush to loosen the dry soils and prepare the fabric for vacuuming.
With the rising cost of carpet replacement, prolonging the life of one's investment in carpeting is a major concern today. Proper maintenance is the obvious way to extend your carpet's life. Hot water extraction methods only make the carpets wear and resoil more quickly. This is why people have been turning to Weickert's since 1989.

A few weeks ago in good faith I called them to see if they did tile floor installation. Basement flooded, destroyed the carpet and we bought the tile already. A while after that a nice fellow named Jon came over to assess. Said he'd send a quote. I have called 3 times now and spoke to I believe the owner. Still no show on the quote. Just say you don't want the job. I think this is what it feels like to be discriminated against. :-(

Customer service from the get-go. Set up a time to go in and talk with John and look at flooring. Had our measure previously so we were ready to pick out flooring.

#2 Great selection for any price range.
#3 Quick follow up with a quote.
#4 Got us on the schedule.
#4 Showed up when they said they would. HUGE in this day and age with customer service.
#5 Calvin was the main guy flooring and Brian was #2.They were exceptional at the art, worked hard, and friendly.
#6 We had a spot that needed to be swapped out after instal. They showed up a couple days later and replaced the board

I recently contracted with Weickert's Flooring to refinish wood floors in my 160+ year old home. I was extremely pleased with the end product. They floors are even better than I could have ever imagined. The process involved getting an initial pricing estimate where the floors were measured for a full quote. I also got quotes from 3 other flooring companies and Weickerts were either price comparable or more competitive.
My only complaint with the process was in the period after the quote and prior to booking. I had some followup questions and left multiple messages for the estimator
