JANCOA Janitorial Services, Inc. was founded in 1972 by Tony Miller. As a 19-year-old student at the University of Cincinnati he started the business cleaning local taverns after one of his professors commented on the growing "services" sector, including janitorial services. When his father passed away in 1972, Tony transformed the company to a full-time commercial cleaning in Cincinnati operation, in order to financially support his family.
His pioneering efforts not only sustained the Miller family but laid the strong foundation upon which today's award-winning company stands. Approximately 20 years later, Mary Miller joined the team to form a dynamic partnership of operations, sales, and leadership. In the past 10 years, Ron Miller and Clint & Christy Bard have taken significant leadership roles within the organization.

Our primary business is to provide commercial cleaning services for Class "A" offices, medical buildings & commercial buildings in the Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana areas. Don’t work here worst job ever had there is no money for all the hard work u do and there is noooo communication what so ever and everyone is so dam rude they need all new staff replaced with respectful people the only reason I gave a star was so I could put my feedback they don’t even really deserve that one

This is one of the worst companies to work for. First they hire me as a four hour person I work there for less then 1 month. When I get to work on a Monday my supervisor telling me my spot is full I'm like what how is it full I was just there friday. my supervisor tells me to call my manager so I call my manager and he tell me to go to another building that i worked in before and didn't like.. I did not work I went home. So I call jancoa and asked them can they fill out a form saying I don't work there any more I called for a whole week the lady at the front desk keep spinning me around telling
