The Family Counseling Center (FCC) of the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) is a private mental health agency located in Martinez, Georgia.
At FCC, we provide counseling services for individuals, couples, families, and groups. This is in addition to our dynamic therapy groups. Our staff is comprised of licensed professional counselors and licensed clinical social workers. We provide services that are structured to meet your needs with the belief that everyone can lead a more fulfilling life.

The Family Counseling Center is a private, non-profit, non-sectarian agency that provides professional counseling services to retired and active service members and residents of the CSRA regardless of their ability to pay.
The Family Counseling Center (FCC) was founded in 1979 by a group of concerned citizens, organized by the United Way of the CSRA, who recognized the need for professional counseling services to serve members of the community who could not afford private mental health care and did not qualify for services provided by state agencies.Since those early days FCC has been a strong partner with the United Way.

Family Counseling Center is an umbrella for a multitude of services ranging from individual, family and couples therapy, group therapy, and in-home counseling for the elderly. Family Counseling Center believes that everyone in the community should have the opportunity to have quality mental health services.

It can seem almost unbearable to sort through the conflicting feelings and thoughts racing around in your mind.
The group is a constructive and cooperative experience that emphases heavily on communication, working with each other, and motivation for change. Our groups are intended to help men and women of various ages have more efficacious relationships. These groups partner education with an inspection of real-life situations presented by members.

Great people. I miss Donise the receiptionist they had for YEARS!! She always called me to remind me of my appointment. I don't get reminder calls anymore. Now I have missed so many appointments it's unreal. Since all this covid stuff I try calling to make another appointment but it tells me to leave a message but hangs up on me.

They fixed their phone problem and even called me after my last review to set up an appointment with my counselor!! YAY!!
The people there are great! Very caring and concerned for each person who comes in.
I have nothing bad to say about them. Been going here for years now.
Always been a good experience.
I got lucky with my counselor Donna. She lets me incorporate my faith (Catholic) into my therapy. My faith is a big part of who I am.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled just to show up to no counselor present. Front desk stated there was a scheduling issue but yet I had no missed calls or texts. I drove an hour to get to the appointment that did not exist. What is even worse they not only has my phone number on file but my husbands as well. Still no notification that my appointment needed to be rescheduled.
