My experience with my 1st counselor was not for me, we just didn't click or have any sort of connection. And for me I felt that was important so that I can open up during my therapy journey. After two appointments I called to cancel my third. I wasn't going to make a third appointment. The receptionist asked me why. Reluctantly I told her it was because I didn't really like my counselor. I'm glad she encouraged me to open up and express my feelings to her. She was able to put me with a different counselor who I felt much more comfortable and at ease with. Miss Alexis Hill has helped me so much

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this facility and their staff. My daughters counselor is extremely caring and engaged in her treatment. When we recently experienced a few bumps in the road in reference to treatment, the providers and front office went above and beyond to help me. I’m even more impressed with the ladies working the front office. If they say they are going to follow up with you, that’s exactly what they do. They go above and beyond.

My experience with this place has left me feeling more depressed and suicidal. They treated me like my problems were too boring or insignificant. They started ending sessions earlier than the hour I was supposed to get. My meds needed to be adjusted but since they only have one psychiatrist that takes in person appointments whose booked until August, so they say, I was left struggling. They treated me like an anomaly that they didn’t have time for. I’m so hurt and disappointed by this place. I told both of the counselors that I saw, Latisha and Cheryl, that I’m struggling to find a reason
