Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Poor Customer Service. The Manager does not pay attention to your needs, doesn’t deliver updates that was supposed to be done when you agreed to rent a place, does not respect you as a customer. Total waste of time. If you want to really have a deal, find another place, do not trust them!

Horrible experience. Took months to find out they don’t want to deal with us. Wasted our time , took our personal information and didn’t want to respond on emails and calls . Made it look like they are still working on negotiating and everything but in real they just didn’t care at all. Hard to understand why they wouldn’t just give any other options or just didn’t say we don’t work for their needs. Very judge-mental. Awful experience. Never again. There are so many great companies to work with . So be aware .

We at Yoga Den had the pleasure of working with International Management Company, LLC on our brand new yoga studio and coffee shop located in Mandarin, Jacksonville, Florida. Our project with IMC began in December 2018. After an easy and quick lease negotiation, work rapidly began on our new studio. During the construction phase, IMC provided us with a temporary space where we were able to continue leading classes to provide seamless client service. Our relationship with IMC started in May 2011 and we now lease two properties from them. The Customer Service with IMC is just outstanding! They have taken care of any and all issues over the years to our total satisfaction. I highly recommend IMC if you want to engage in a business relationship. I would not do business with anyone else.
