Services
Confirm with your agent that all the utilities are onand running and we can have access to the property. Without the utilities on your inspection may be incomplete. There is a re inspection fee if we have to go back to finish the report. We have a real estate supra key to get in, but we like to have permission from the owner or their agent to use it.
This is a great way to get rid of those unwanted items no longer needed. We only put the information that you want published for items you want to sell. If you or your neighborhood have a garage sale let us know and we will put it on our web site. This service is free to our clients, past or present, and is one way we can say "Thanks" for using our services.
Prices for the Charlotte area are determined by the total heated square footage of the house. Attached garages are not included in the square footage of the house but will be included in the inspection report. Detached garages, storage buildings, work shops or barns are not included in the inspection report and additional charges will apply.
