I cannot fully express how I am grateful for Kerry. I decided to relocate and buy a home in Charlotte. It was a bit challenging because I was navigating everything from the West Coast. Kerry’s thorough inspections helped me avoid buying a money pit, a house fraught with issues. I found another house and hired HMO to inspect it. Although it was a new construction, Kerry found several issues that had to be fixed. I hired Kerry to do a final inspection to ensure the issues were fixed correctly. I used HMO Home inspections services for my first property in 2017. I had great service and was pleased with the thorough inspection report. In Spring 2020, I purchased a condo and used HMO services again. The condo is a one bedroom and less than 800 sq ft. There was an exposed leaky drain pipe behind the air filter that had to be leaking for months if not years before I purchased the property. The drywall in the air intake was deteriorated and molding. Kerry is no joke. I would advise anybody who needs a thorough inspection to contact Kerry. I felt so confident that he had only my best interest. Thank God my realtor referred him to me. I built a new home and don’t have very much knowledge about what to look for. Kerry took his time and work through the entire house from top to bottom and then discussed with me what he found.
