Dennis and his team helped my sister and I through a tough time when we lost our mother. We had never been through anything in which you had to plan and deal with so much pain from losing a loved one. Dennis didn't try to take advantage of the situation, he only made it about what we wanted for our mother and did so with no judgment at all. Not only the wonderful service that we did in honor of our mom but her knowing such a honest and wonderful man helped us with her final arrangements, without a doubt helped her rest easy. Under their new management , I will never use this place again for any family member after doing so for over 15 years .
I had my wife of 25years service through them , & approved & placed an order for a headstone in March 2019 , & they never sent the order through , no headstone as of May 13th 2019 .
I thought maybe there had been a mistake with the stone or something & it was just taking longer than usual , but that was not the case , they never ordered it in the first place , & today I called to ask what the delay was , I won't make this mistake again .

A horrible horrible group of people who take advantage of surviving family members grief and make no apologies for their greed. After 11 years I assume my mother's cremains are in their basement- having Over charged for their service and still tried to upsale me at a time of my mother's sudden unexpected death, then presenting my mother memory with a crystal decoration on a Christmas tree- which I instructed them was not wanted due to my mother's not believing in the pagan holiday. Yes I waited over a decade to write this review so that it may be done well after my anger and grieving had past.
