Yes, pets must be under 50 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets allowed. Then follow these three steps!

Fair Oaks Apartment Homes in La Habra offers one and two bedroom apartment homes for rent. Proof of Renters Insurance Fair Oaks Apartments must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage. You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish.

I give them one star because they didn’t really try and do anything for me made me pay an application fee knowing that they weren’t going to approve me they wasted my time and gave me false hope literally gave me false hope made it seem like I was going to get it and start talking to me from the first entire day after giving my application fee stop answering calls and when they would answer they would give me attitude because I was calling so much and annoying them they would literally dodge every chance they got knowing tht me Nd my son are homeless and I’ve been paying outa pocket for hotels

I have lived here for a few years. I recently broke my leg and have struggled with recovery. When I returned home after 3 months of hospitalization/rehab, the manager Angie and maintenance supervisor Jose, have been very gracious and extremely helpful to me - gathering my mail, taking my trash out. I am thankful to them for their assistance.

Moving out soon due to husbands job and we are sad to soon be saying say goodbye. Angie the onsite manager is so sweet and kind and knows how to run an apt complex! Been here 5 yrs+ and she is very attentive to maintaining the apts. Jose and Audry 2 of the maintenance works are always ready to solve any problems in your apt.
Only complaints are pricing and rent being raised every few months. If it wasnt for angie and the maintenance works the price wouldn't seem worth it in my opinion they're very small for the price they set and are not as nice as they could be for the price.

If you every considering moving in Fiaroak's, I strongly recommend you NO!
Horrible neightbours! Always noisy all the time. Also, ppl live around you either don't have a job or are extremely uneducated. Lack of Respect!
Dirty utilities! The parking lot is always dirty!
The old utilities does not worth the price you pay for!
My air con break down when I live here less than a year!
No ventilation for the bathroom, disgusting!
Stove broke down at least 3 times in a year!
THIS IS THE WORST PICK IN LA HABRA! DON'T LIVE HERE!!
