North Pointe Villas, is a multi-family community located in Orange County offering one, two and three bedroom apartment floor plans. Our amenities include a large pool and spa, 24 hour on site laundry, 24 hour onsite maintenance, onsite management, ample storage space, controlled access, covered parking and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Services
You are required to provide Management with desired breed, weight, age, immunization, & vaccination records. Upon Management approval, an additional deposit of $200.00 per cat and $400.00 per dog is required, as well as a monthly fee of $35.00 per cat and $55.00 per dog. Two animal maximum. Breed and weight restrictions apply.

So my fiancé and I tried applying, they wouldn’t answer our calls, it took 24 hours to respond to some emails and it took 2 weeks to even look at out application after we paid a holding deposit. They hung up on my fiancé and were very disrespectful. They do not allow small businesses owners due to the fact we do not have pay stubs to make it easy for them. We never got to enjoy this apartment even though they look beautiful management is horrible!!!

Honestly to much to list.. If you want to live in a place where the majority of your neighbors are super rough... Have an attempted home invasion... By drugs and watch neighbors battle it out... Live with no heater as many do... Lots of rats, cockroaches, bees in walls... Sliding glass doors that don't even shut... Carpet and linoleum that's used when you move in... Asbestos popcorn ceiling that falls off readily... Dirty walkways and garbage over flowing... Tile roofing that falls off and hits you in the head... Pool area hardly ever open and no shade... Office is never open either.

North Pointe Villas is a great place to live... Very quiet, and the grounds are well maintained. My neighbors were all awesome. On top of that, Every time I had an issue, Troy the office manager went above and beyond to resolve it. He worked with me when I was going through hard times and was late on my rent and was extremely kind and more than fair. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and pleasant! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

For the past 2 years I have been blessed to call North Pointe Villas home. The environment is so peaceful and beautiful, with plants and flowers throughout the complex. The residents are also friendly and give a family community vibe that is so warm and welcoming. The units are spacious and luxurious, more so than you would find in any other local apartment home complex. One of my favorite amenities is the pool area with a spa and pool that are kept sparkling clean giving a resort feel. Also having a double barbeque gas grill area perfect for family barbeques. Living at North Pointe Villas definitely changed my outlook on apartment living. Right off the bat the first thing I liked about the apartments is that it is very clean and the plants give it a tropical rainforest Type of feel. Next is the apartment themselves, I have not seen inside the others but the difference in space from my old apartment to these is tremendous, especially considering that I am almost paying the same amount. I love the fact that my living room is actually separated from the dinning area, which doesn't really happen in other apartments. The laundry room is open 24/7,which

I have a friend who lives on this property and so I have visited and stayed overnight on many occasions. I have no idea why anyone would say there are rats and roaches as I have never seen either. I have swam in the pool, sat in the jacuzzi, barbecued on the grill and walked the beautifully landscaped grounds of that property many times. I have also had opportunities to speak to the other residents and never heard a complaint. In fact whatever caused the recent changes that have been made (you can see at night!) have been phenomenal and I applaud North Pointe!

Property looks nice but its overpriced, not handicap accessible, washers and dryers are always out of order. Management and corporate do nothing for complaints about loud neighbors. Lived here for 18 months below a family who has been here 20+years that is beyond loud, yet property doesn't offer me a new unit after many complaints and me calling police.
They have a serious water bug problem along with roaches and rats. All they do is apologize and brush it under the rug. We are trying to move but it's financially a hardship seeing as we pay so much a month. I would not recommend this
