I trained with Christina once a week for several months to work on lower body strength, and she did an amazing job. She helped me rehab from years of overuse injuries and bad exercise habits. She identified which muscle groups I had trouble with and worked with me every week to build them up in a sustainable way, showing me various new exercises and pro tips along the way, and correcting my form as needed.
