Joey Bellus launched Optimal Performance Training In 2008 and has been a fitness and health professional for fifteen years. Joey received his bachelor's degree in Exercise Sciences and Wellness from Arizona State University and has an array of certifications from several accredited programs.
Joey sets himself apart from other fitness and personal growth professionals by the results his clients continually see not only in physical ways, but mentally and emotionally.He practices what he preaches. Joey has committed to his own personal meditation and coaching since 2011. As these practices changed his own life, he knew he needed to teach and serve.

My name is Ryan Jimenez, I am a trainer here at Optimal Performance Training. I have been a personal trainer since 2016. I specialize in sports performance, weight loss, and recovery modalities like soft tissue therapy. I have worked with athletes at every level from middle school to professional. I am passionate about sports and working with athletes of all levels!
Our adult fitness classes are for all fitness levels. With a combination of conditioning & weight training, our class is aimed to promote weight loss, increase lean muscle mass & improve the functional range of motion throughout the body.
We also use the sauna & cold plunges to decrease pain, stress, anxiety, inflammation & to improve overall health, fitness & mental wellbeing, which leads to long-lasting results inside & outside the workout studio.Our women's only class is for women of all ages and fitness levels.

I'm working on a new me. Not because the old me is bad but because I know I can be better and this place, makes me feel like it can get me there. I've been seeing Joey for training for about a month now. I had a few friends that had been attending for months and had ranted and raved about the place. They invited me to check it out on numerous occasions but I opposed and made excuses: cost, no time, & I thought what I was doing (running, spin, combat classes, and soccer) was enough. Till the day came when I injured my knee. I couldn't run, I couldn't spin and I had to quit

Great new facility, great ownership. One thing I can always count on is getting my butt kicked when I come to work out. The owner Joey is a great guy to be around, passionate about what he does and an excellent trainer. One work out with Joey is equal to a week at LA fitness. I highly recommend you schedule a visit and do a 1x1 with Joey and staff and form your own opinion. I guarantee you will satisfied! Mike
