Crooks. Not only did they push me out of my apartment during my leasing term (by increasing rent by an additional $800 after signing the agreement and after they accepted the agreed upon amount), they are now not returning my full security deposit. When I call for more information, Walter, the collections manager hung up on me twice. The service and level of disrespect and lack of morals of 477 management is unmatched.

RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK. Absolute pathetic excuse for a business. The WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. The absolute WORST business manners and WORST business ethics. The WORST managerial staff. These people are the definition of "Miami" culture that everyone knows about and fears. It has been over 2 months of no returned calls, emails ignored, phone calls transferred and purposefully hung up on, etc. Best to walk into their offices but even then nobody wants to talk to you, nobody cares, nobody is nice, everyone is just trying to avoid anything to do with you because

If i can give this place a 0 it would get a double 0 this is the worse property management place ever existed... if i ever want to rent ever again and they are the management group i would never i dont care how amazing the house looks or how convinient it is but i will neverrrrrrrrrrrr rent a property they manage... lets start off by the lies they tell the owner of thebproperty that they have licensed professionals doing maintenance repair... Thats a damn lie i had to wait 2 months to get a leak repaired in my bath tub.... my water bill came to $500.00 i had to send a form to the water dept of

This company by far should not be defined as a Community Association firm. The employee Marlin is non license CAM therefore she took our association apparently without receiving any financial statements. She immediately, called out for a special assessment for some work that she could not provide details on or the cost. I brought to her attention the outrageous cost for landscape of $1200 monthly, and she has not done anything the decrease the price. They are very shady, unprofessional and the lack of integrity and professionalism.

These people steal your money, they take it from your deposit. After having been a tenant for 3 years at the Hammocks Coral Club apt 3202. They took $400 from my deposit as a reason of painting, this wasn't on the lease we signed, and neither when I first received the apartment they didn't paint it. They also deducted other $200 from my deposit, justifying it as an increase of the rent. During my years at the apartment, the condo demolished the balcony due to a danger of a fall, and the agency didn't want to rebuild it, they put me through hell. So I stayed more than 6 months without

This company has taken our entire deposit. They sent a letter stating a list of things that was broken prior to us moving in. We responded and now we can't get in touch with them. We'd receive a call each month because we didn't pay rent even though we had receipts. The walk thru went well. The guy said everything was satisfactory however we then received this long list of items. We wouldn't have had to move if they didn't have us forced out by the HOA. The HOA would not allow us in the gate saying we had a non approved lease and they'd sent documents to this company
