Our full financial operations services can handle all of it; including handling payment for taxes, operational expenses, update insurance and manage claims and more.

As your property management company, we'll handle any tenant concerns that may arise. Our tenant relations services include taking care of move-ins and evictions as well as emergency procedures, providing keys and after-hours access. Since GHG AM has taken over the property on Dewey Street in Hollywood, my faith in upstanding and outstanding management has been restored.

High-quality property management involves not only the actual maintenance and upkeep of the property but budget management and tenant relations as well. At GHG-AM (Global Horizons Group - Asset Management), we handle all of these things continuously, courteously and professionally to maintain the fullest value of your asset.
Renters and occupants (18 years of age and older) must complete the rental application in full. Falsification of any information is grounds for rejection. A non-refundable application fee of $100 is paid at the time of the application per adult. If the applicant(s) is approved and cancels 3 days after approval a $250 administrative fee will be charged.

The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.

They bought the house we were renting on the middle of the year lease. Ignored completely our request to fix underground pipes. They refused to reimburse me for the fix $800 (or take the amount out of the rent)
They tried to break our lease only offer on 1/3 of our deposit and asking us to leave in 6 days.
And also changed the locks of the house before the lease was done and before we could even finish moving everything out, even tho we paid the full amount of the last month of our rent.
Seriously the worst experience ever.

You have a gem in Frankie Ayala! I give him 5 stars. He is very attentive, customer service oriented and passionate about his role with the company. He should be promoted. I haven't met Frankie but I can tell from previous conversations with him that he is a hard worker. You need more people like him.

If you are thinking of renting from this company DONT! Run far away while the prices may seem reasonable save yourself the headache. They are rude, sneaky and do a lot of questionable things. They will ignore your emails, sell properties without a heads up to tenants, leasing agent will blatantly ignore you as well. I don’t know how they are still in business with the shady way they work good riddance they sold my building! They literally stopped doing things months before selling. No door numbers, loss of hot water, constant outages etc beware runnnnn far away!

Absolutely worst experience in a rental property. Upon my first day there, a tenant who lived for about 10 years in the complex advised me to cancel everything, I did not listen, regretted it daily. Please do not be fooled by the pool or the fully-furnished units.
1) gates never functioning, paid 50 dollars for a new clicker TWICE, still non-functional. 3 guest parking spaces for a property that has over 6 families.
2) roaches, everywhere especially the kitchen and never acknowledged this, have to do home remedy.
3) horrendous plumbing. I came home from work to an entire apartment flooded with

I repeat do not waist ur time the studios apartment that were shown have roaches, broken cabinets and dirty pool the area they showed is run down and dangerous don’t even bother oh and they will keep your $100 deposit you waist on their application I repeat don’t waist ur time run as fast as you can.

Expressed my concern to the office about all the huge roaches and brown flies that would manage to come in through my kitchen cabinet, they never fixed it. on top of that, the maintenance guy would always come in unannounced at the times that he wasn’t scheduled to be there and had used my bathroom when i wasn’t home and left urine on the toilet. complained to the office that i had been lied to by the leasing agent that there was laundry on site and ample parking, both a lie. the property manager said they would get back to me to see how i can go about terminating my lease, never got back to

Two weeks into my lease at a GMG managed property :) Stephanie my leasing agent was very friendly, understood the type of rental I was looking for and got me into a well maintained apartment in Hollywood. Maintenance was quick and professional when they came to replace a part in my shower. Such a smooth move-in!

Home is where you make it... I had an amazing experience with GHG AM, because I wanted it to be amazing! Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, I’m not able to continue renting from them. Every request that I had was addressed immediately. Especially from two amazing representatives from their company. First was Ashley, she was responsive and attentive to all of my questions with leasing and procedures. Then of course, there is sweet Lynn. Every promise that was made had been fulfilled. Beware when getting your deposit back. Was charged 110 dollars for a “dirty oven” never knew it cost 110 dollars to clean a stove and oven. Then they charged 200+ dollars for wear and tear on the ancient bath tub they had in the apartment that Was chipped when we moved in and repainted, which was chipping again. 300 plus dollars just to get away from this company is worth it in the end. They took almost 2.5 months to send us a lease renewal. STAY FAR AWAY!

We moved to the building owned and managed by GHG on 162nd Street after 14 years being on Biscayne Blvd and it was probably the best business decision we made in 14 years being in business. The whole office is extremely nice, courteous and professional. Their broker Ashley is always attentive, great listener and if you have a problem she takes care of it right away. Please don't let the positive reviews written by people that don't live there fool you. Do not live here or do business with GHG. Most of their positive reviews are NOT from residents but rather from staff. I lived in the properties on Monroe St for 6 months and it was the worst decision of my life from the second I moved in. The apartment was NOT CLEANED and smelled like cat urine. The apartment was advertised as 800 sqft and, I measured, it was around 380 sqft. There were roughly enough parking spots for only half the residents, everyone else had to park on the street. I could hear
