Services
Our online software allows our clients to view a live status of their property, as well as access to documents and financial reports. We have been with Novel Management for over a year now and so far have had a great experience. They make sure the tenants are qualified and every issue is solved fast.
Once you have referred us to your client, and a property management agreement has been signed, we will pay you a referral fee of $400 for each property in which the client needs management. Payment will be issued with a set payment plan agreed by in contract. At Novel Management, relationships are important to us.

They manage Al Borde del Agua as of July 2021. If something is broken you have to insist before they come fix it. They’re repair men take their time and they are also selective about what they fix. The Pool in the building looks green. The garage door even though they claim it’s been fixed, as of 10/21 it is still broken. Yes, the building was purchased in July and this is when the company started managing. But there are some quick aesthetic fixes that could’ve happened. Also there are termites in the elevator. They get cleaned almost daily so people don’t notice but see photo

My experience with Novel Management has been outstanding. The property manager, Arnaldo, is very responsive and always available to answer questions. All tenant requests were channeled through work orders which I was copied on. Everything was very transparent and I would recommend their services to any landlord looking for quality service at a good price.

They manage a unit at Infinity in Brickell where I lived for 7 months and I had the absolute worst experience. It was mainly on the owner because they didn't maintain the unit but management wasn't empathetic AT ALL. At the end, the unit got flooded because the floor was in poor condition to resist minor leaks so I had to run out, do an emergency move, and spent over $1200 unbudgeted for. At no point was I cared for, at no point they apologized, I felt like they didn't get in my shoes - all they wanted was to charge me for "damages" when the apartment was damaged since day 1 when I moved there
