Critical: Professionalism
Do not go to this place. I dont usually leave reviews but i couldnt do it this time. Horrible costumer service and the korean lady was so rude to me. She was the one getting mad eventhough she cut too much hair compared to what I asked for. How can you be mad if you seriously messed up a costumer’s hair. Disgusting attitude.

I don’t usually post reviews, but I am too upset not to. I went in for a hair cut, had a reference picture for length of the cut to be long layers. Literally cut off 5+ inches off my hair and gave me a bob cut. When I expressed to her that it was way shorter than the length I asked for, she argued with me that it wasn’t. I have never had such a terrible haircut experience and will never return.

Horrific experience! I had root touch up and after they rinsed my hair and combed it clumps of hair were coming out. I was horrified and asked for ingredients of what was used and was told I could look it up on line . When I said I did not want them to touch my hair further they were more concerned with getting their $65 then the reaction I was having to their hair color. If I could give half a star I would. I have never had anything like this happen and I have had my hair colored for 20 years. I am so very upset with their service and the way they handled it
