I have had the exact same e glass windows in my townhouse since before I bought my place. My windows have no foil or flective film on them anywhere but yet a month after I leave a review on here I just received a violation for foil and reflective film on my window.. hmmmmm I walked down to the president of the community and she advised me half the people looking at my windows didn't think there was anything wrong and the other half (shockingly Peterson) said there was? The only time anything has been done to my windows was when one of their landscapers broke one and they had

I couldn't agree more with these scathing reviews of Peterson company. Katie Gerlach, the manager of our community, is so incredibly rude it is UNBELIEVABLE. Shocking they act the way they do to the homeowners whose dues are paying their salary, and thus are in a sense their employers. She will only answer my questions or return phone calls or emails if the president of the HOA directs her to, and then she is insolent, disrespectful and just plain rude and acts like I am putting her out. Where does she get off with this attitude? What is with this company? HORRIBLE

Not a good company at all. They collect money from the residents but do nothing to further the value of the community. If I were on the HOA board, I'd vote them out immediately. If you need to speak to someone about an issue, they require you to send a "certified letter setting forth your position" to resolve it. Seriously?

This company is not even worthy of one star. Do they care about their residents? Uh NO!!!! Do they honestly care about the communities they represent? Uh NO!!!!! Safety in their communities is not their priority. This is proven by the fact that there have been two completely shattered toilets (!!!!!gross!!!!) sitting on the side of the curb for over two months. But don't you dare park in front of your garage!!! And you better paint that house!!! Oh but getting approvals for colors is non existent because they do not return phone calls. I'm still waiting to have my colors approved and

Wow 18 months later you are finally responding. Kind of like getting divorced and 18 months later you ask you ex-wife " is it something I did?" Move on we have, I'm only one dues paying member. We voted in a new board, they voted you out. We haven't had a dues increase in over 2 years and our reserves are built up and growing. It's no different the the Cardinals firing their coach and the owner thanking the coach for the years of service, but we decided a change was needed. The rating should be lower than 1 star. Dan Peterson and his company are unethical and operate illegally by intimidating their clients. Oh, he is a smooth talking used car salesman before you sign on with his company, but then watch out. He is self serving and has no integrity. He will "take over your property" and tell the board of directors what they will and will not do.He will hold the association monies hostage and will refuse to fund the items the board has already approved. If you question him, he will tell you to seek legal action against him...wow, real customer service, not

This company manages the complex I am currently renting in. I regret ever moving here. They do not care about their residents. The pool has been shut down for over a month and has been closed by Maricopa County Health Dept. They will most likely lose their permit. The grounds are not well kept, the residents just throw trash all over. Its funny one of the board members supposedly lives in the complex. But she has not done a thing. Everytime we call, they say "were working on it". I would not recommend moving into a complex that they manage as they don't do anything to help their
