Services
The name AMCOR, which stands for "American Corporation, " was founded on good old-fashioned American work ethics and honesty. AMCOR Property Professionals, a locally owned and operated company, has been established since 1990 and, as the principal, I am available at all times. AMCOR is a member of the Community Association Institute and National Institute of Community Managers.
Maintaining complete, accurate, and timely association financials is a cornerstone of our firm. We produce all the necessary business and financial information your association will need to make sound decisions. Our managers play a key role in building a sense of community and positively affecting members' perceptions of their association through consistent communications and management of quality events.
We currently employ individuals in the fields of Accounting/Bookkeeping, Community Management, and Administrative Assistants. As we grow, we are always looking for qualified people to fill positions. Community Managers have contact with Boards of Directors, Homeowners, and private contractors serving the association.
One of the most effective ways to help increase support of Board decisions is through communication. If the members are informed of the issues facing their community and understand why the Board makes the decisions that it does, then they are more likely to support and comply with those community decisions.
Our managers play a key role in building a sense of community and positively affecting members' perceptions of their association through consistent communications and management of quality events. To help increase community involvement and volunteer effort, our managers focus on a comprehensive communications program to educate members and provide them with a better understanding of association life.

These people are THE WORST examples of professionalism you'll ever see. If you have a problem?? DO NOT call them. They are literally incompetent. Make sure you have a place to move WITHIN 10 DAYS. ESPECIALLY if you're relying on Romina Ranier.
Childish and can't seem to figure out how to read an email or she blocks your email address. Quick to shoot a snappy come back, even if she's dead wrong..
These people are your WORST OPTION. This should be your LAST & DESPERATE move. And even then, make sure your desperation is the highest its ever been before considering this place

I misplaced or lost my mailbox key and wasn't sure who to call, the property manager or the postal service. So I called AMCOR who manages our neighborhood and spoke with Jill who quickly scheduled Ron to come out and replace the lock which he did the next day at no charge to me. It was quick and painless and I got a brand new lock which works perfectly. Much appreciated!

I found a beautiful home that was being managed by this rental agency. We got approved and we were ready to sign all the documents but unfortunately due to personal reasons we decided not to rent the home. Ericka Anglin was so professional throughout the entire process. We had recently dealt with a horrible company (Real Property Management PHX Valley) and when we didn’t choose to go with them, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. After that experience, we were hesitant about all other rental agencies. But Ericka sure proved that wrong. She is quick to respond to emails and phone calls

There was an outside flood at our rented house. A neighbor notice it while walking his dog. After not finding anyone at home, he located the shut off valve and stopped the water from flowing. He contacted Amcor Property Management to report the issue. Roberta could not not locate our phone number, but promptly contacted us via email. Fortunately I received the mail and arrived at the property very shortly after. My tenant would have never reported the problem, because he works very long hours. I thanked Roberta for her quick response. There was no damage to the property and so they saved the day

This company has been managing Town Square in North Phoenix since we've lived here, about six years. Every year has been a click or two down in service. The only time you hear from them is when a random weed or two sprouts up on your side of the bender board. I've left multiple messages and emails concerning section # Amcor takes care of the yard and gate issues with no response or it's not our fault. If you're a property owner/manager don't consider this outfit.

As part of the HOA Board who hired AMCOR, I find them to be a consistently very professional company and employees. They are knowledgeable about HOA regulations/laws and give good guidance to Board Members. They provide Board training as part of the management fees. There is a great website for Board Members and all homeowners which is all included too. There are no 'nickel and dime' fees; the Platinum Contract includes everything a Board needs.
Our specifically assigned Property Manager, Cara, is responsive by phone and emails and follows up when issues need consistent attention - a pleasure

AMCOR has managed our community for nearly 20 years. During that time, we have had the same property manager (Robin Thomas) who knows our community and its residents well. They have always provided exemplary service with a personal touch. The employees truly care about their job and strive to provide whatever the community may need. Unfortunately in the property management business, companies can garner negative reviews from residents when they are simply doing their job. As a Board of Directors, we would highly recommend any association to consider hiring AMCOR to manage their community. With

I am one of the unfortunate condominium owners managed by this company. They bully, do not follow Cc&R's, don't properly notify you of an infraction via the US Postal Service rather than your car windshield. They target individual unit owners and sanctioned them as frequently as possible weaving all the neighboring units without the same citation all exhibiting the exact same infraction. Put more money into educating your staff on how to write a proper letter, and always include a contact name and telephone number unless you just don't want anyone to know who it is that's making threats. These folks are the worst property management company I've ever had the pleasure (?) of dealing with. They manage the community where our rental property is located. Initial contacts are fine and even pleasant but once I started asking more questions and requesting documentation, things went downhill quickly eventually resulting in "you'll have to attend the board meeting if you want more information." They have no stated fee schedule which allowed them to QUADRUPLE an HOA violation without any notification, documentation or warning whatsoever. I had my realtor look over everything associated with
